Net Box Labs is seeking a People Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations for a globally distributed team. With 135 people across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, and Spain, you’ll own payroll, compliance, and data integrity in Justworks, Deel, and related systems.
You will consolidate into a single system, establish an infrastructure behind leveling and compensation, automate quarterly cycles, and partner with the Head of People to shape how the work gets done.
