** What You’ll Do*
* · Extend offer letters in Workday.
· Send background check and drug screening authorization forms.
· Review completed background check and drug screening results.
· Set up pre-work screens.
· Run motor vehicle record checks when needed.
· Submit IT requests for equipment needed by new hires.
· Follow up with candidates to ensure they stay on top of required paperwork.
· Once background and drug screening results return with a “hire” status, complete the hiring process in Workday.
· Create badges for new hires.
** What We’re Looking For*
* · Previous experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, onboarding, office administration, or a similar support role is preferred, but not required.
· Experience supporting new-hire paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, or other pre-employment requirements is preferred.
· Experience using Workday or another human resources information system is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Dependability and consistent follow-through.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
