Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, organized, and bilingual Talent Coordinator to join our Indianapolis team.
The Talent Coordinator plays an important role in helping our team fill open positions as quickly as possible by maintaining a steady flow of qualified applicants, sourcing candidates, completing onboarding requirements, and building pipelines for current and future openings.
This position also serves as a welcoming first point of contact for applicants, associates, and visitors. The right person will be comfortable balancing recruiting activities, candidate support, front-office responsibilities, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Source and engage candidates for current and upcoming job opportunities
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Speak with candidates about their experience, skills, availability, and job preferences
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate employment opportunities
- Schedule interviews, appointments, and onboarding activities
- Follow up with candidates throughout the application and hiring process
- Help keep applicant flow organized, efficient, and moving forward
- Complete onboarding paperwork and employment eligibility requirements
- Assist with reference checks, background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements
- Enter and maintain accurate candidate and employee information in company systems
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Welcome and assist walk-in candidates, scheduled applicants, current associates, and other visitors
- Scan, organize, and maintain employment records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and other team members
- Communicate professionally with candidates, associates, clients, and coworkers
- Assist with additional recruiting and office responsibilities as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential candidates
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong data-entry and general computer skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and follow-through
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Flexible and able to adjust as priorities change
- Professional, dependable, and welcoming
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service, administrative, or front-office experience
