We're looking for an entry level Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our team supporting talent acquisition for a fast-growing venture capital firm and its portfolio of high-performing, hypergrowth consulting companies. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to recruiting, HR, and the inner workings of high-growth organizations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate full-cycle campus recruiting efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates through Handshake, Linked In Recruiter, and other channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, including executive-level leaders
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
- Partner with CEOs, C-suite executives, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategy
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems
- Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and info sessions
- Support onboarding coordination and other HR administrative functions as needed
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with candidates and senior executives alike
- Experience with or familiarity with Handshake and Linked In Recruiter is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership or involvement in campus activities such as clubs, student organizations, leadership positions, or part-time work
- A proactive, people-first mindset with genuine interest in building a career in HR/recruiting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly
