Are you a benefits-focused HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and managing complex HR processes? We're seeking a Benefits & HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team in a full-time onsite role.
What You'll Do- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and 401(k) plans
- Manage FMLA, ADA, disability, and leave-of-absence cases
- Support open enrollment and employee benefit education
- Coordinate onboarding, employee data changes, and HRIS updates
- Serve as a resource for employee and manager HR questions
- Ensure HR compliance and accurate employee records
- 3+ years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on benefits administration
- Experience with FMLA, leave management, and employee benefits
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS platforms preferred
Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour
