Job Description:
HR Consultant (Generalist)
Responsibilities:
Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients including but not limited to:
State and Federal Compliance Policy and handbook creation
Recruiting Onboarding Benefits Administration Compensation Performance Management Employee Relations Reporting Coordinates manual changes and system updates with payroll processor and maintains data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system (ADP)
Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks
Work with brokers to establish group benefits plans and manage entire benefits administration process (open enrollment, plan design, employee questions, invoice auditing)
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related studies preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
One year of HR experience
Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
