Job Description

Sodrel Holding Company is seeking a Recruiter to join our Indianapolis team! If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping connect great candidates with great careers, we'd love to meet you. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple business divisions, including transportation, logistics, maintenance, and operations. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, monitoring recruiting metrics, generating reports, supporting onboarding activities, and helping drive recruiting initiatives across the organization.

Experience with Tenstreet, Intelli App, Driver Pulse, or other transportation-focused recruiting platforms is highly preferred. Candidates with a strong understanding of transportation recruiting and driver hiring processes will be given special consideration.

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
• Experience with Tenstreet ATS strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting for transportation, logistics, or CDL positions preferred
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruiting technologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers across multiple locations
