Our Emerging Talent team plays a pivotal role in shaping, attracting, developing and delivering these programs globally ensuring we continue to perform and transform.

The Global Emerging Talent Program Lead is responsible for the design of our Graduate, Apprenticeship, and Emerging Talent program. You’ll be partnering with Business and Talent leaders to ensure fit for purpose programs focusing on all aspects of the talent life cycle including program design, consistency of experience (candidate and business) improvements, efficiencies, and benchmarking.

This role reports into the Global Emerging Talent Program Manager and is part of our Global Emerging Talent team, People Services.

What you will be doing:

Subject matter expert for aligned global Graduate, Apprenticeship and/or pipeline programs including work experience, T Level’s, Coops and insights

Responsible for the design and redesign of Rolls-Royce Emerging Talent programs, understanding future skills, capabilities and business requirements

Translate supply numbers into high quality, deliverable Emerging Talent Programs in partnership with key internal & external stakeholders

Work with recruitment to define and agree entry requirements for programs

Define and sign off Output Specifications for programs including alignment to Rolls-Royce key skill & capability priorities

Lead program design cells including feedback, RACI documentation and governance

Analyze and measure the effectiveness of Emerging Talent programs focusing on our 3

Es (efficiency, effectiveness, experience), implementing data-driven improvements to optimize outcomes and track ROIDesign key policies, processes, toolkits and other documentation relating to Emerging Talent programs and their implementation/ embedding

Work with our HR partners to develop a consistent approach to performance management and end of program processes skills/experience

Work in line with the Rolls-Royce Operating System, utilizing this to maintain high standards across all work and programs

Basic Requirements:

Associates Degree with 4+ years of experience in designing graduate or apprentice programs, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in designing graduate or apprentice programs, ORMaster’s Degree, ORJD/PhD,OR6+years of experience in designing graduate or apprentice programs in lieu of degree
