Description

• Experienced in configuring and supporting Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning modules to support enterprise HR and talent development processes.
• Configured talent management processes, including performance reviews, goal management, talent assessments, career development, and succession planning

• Implemented and maintained Workday Learning functionality, including courses, learning programs, enrollment rules, learning campaigns, and learner assignments.
• Configured business processes, condition rules, notifications, approvals, and security roles to align with HR and learning requirements.
• Supported talent review cycles, performance evaluation processes, calibration activities, and employee development initiatives.
• Managed learning content, course catalogs, blended learning programs, and learning completion tracking.
• Collaborated with HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Developed and maintained Workday reports and dashboards to monitor performance outcomes, learning participation, compliance training, and talent metrics.
• Supported integrations and data loads using EIB, Workday web services, and other integration tools for talent and learning data.
• Conducted configuration validation, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT; resolved defects and supported production releases.
• Provided end-user training, functional documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing application support.
• Troubleshot production issues related to talent processes, learning assignments, course completion, security, reporting, and business process execution.
• Supported Workday tenant configuration, release testing, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensured talent and learning processes followed organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and HR governance standards.
