Snider-Blake Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter for its Indianapolis, IN office. This entry-level role supports staffing operations through recruiting and coordination activities, on-site check-ins, employee onboarding, and HR-related assistance. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support employee orientations and coaching
- Conduct on-site check-ins to support associates and client needs
- Manage recruiting
, including screening and interviewing - Assist with safety training activities
- Track attendance and related documentation
- Support processing payroll responsibilities
- Handle client communication and interaction as part of day-to-day operations
- Help resolve workplace issues as they arise
- Perform general office duties to support the team
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and employees at all levels in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both clients and associates
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Outlook
