Hybrid Human Resource Advisor role in Indianapolis, IN supporting HR activities across talent development, performance enablement, and leadership.
- HR process support: Partner with business teams to manage key HR processes, bringing HR insights to enable business objectives
- Coaching for leadership: Coach business leadership on sensitive or complex HR matters, including contract administration and personal development aligned with Rolls-Royce leadership expectations
- Employee relations: Deliver employee relations in accordance with company policies and code of conduct
- Investigations: Conduct investigations as required, aligned to company policy
- Manager development: Coach and develop regional managers to build people strategies that align to business needs and short-, medium-, and long-term business goals
- Education and experience (one of the following): Associate degree with 4+ years of human resources experience
- Education and experience (one of the following): Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of human resources experience
- Alternative education: Master’s degree
- Alternative education: JD/PhD
- Degree substitution: 6+ years of human resources experience in lieu of a degree
- Work authorization: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
- Labor relations and operations experience
- Global HR experience
- Policy development / implementation experience
- Strong written communication and project management skills
- Hybrid: 3 office days a week
- Base pay range: USD 81, per year
- Pay range note: Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range
