Harmonic is scaling rapidly with open roles across the United States and United Kingdom. The Operations team is responsible for building the systems, processes, and operational rigor required to double headcount from 46 to 93 people over the next year. As the next Recruiter on the team, you’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers across Engineering, GTM, and Operations. • Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Create and implement strategies to solve problems and build diverse pipelines across Harmonic’s teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media. Find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and help them envision life ectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods while creating and owning a flawlessly positive candidate experience
• AI-Native: Champion an AI‑native approach by identifying and implementing practical ways to use AI to automate routine work, streamline processes, improve decision‑making, and help the team operate more efficiently.
• Be a Talent Advisor: Partner closely with hiring leaders to deeply understand their teams and goals. Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation. Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the appropriate information to help make their decision as easy as possible
• Influence with data: Lives in the data. Makes calls on pipeline health, source performance, conversion metrics, and other data while simultaneously keeping clean data hygiene.
