Bilingual Account Manager

Morales Group is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Account Manager in Indianapolis, IN (on-site) to lead full-cycle recruiting and operate as a trusted partner to clients. This role blends recruiting expertise with client service, including building talent pipelines and providing onsite support to help ensure teammate success.

• Own full-cycle recruitment
  , including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using creative recruiting strategies
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver quality staffing solutions
• Provide onsite support
  , conduct check-ins, and support teammate success
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support client satisfaction and growth
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to compliance standards
