Recruiting Coordinator

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025.

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a busy, high-growth SaaS setting, handling large candidate volumes across multiple hiring tracks
• Coordinate scheduling, interviews, assessments and offer processes with candidates, hiring teams and external partners
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building with potential candidates
• Track pipeline metrics, manage workflow in recruiting systems and ensure smooth handoffs between stages

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1+ year working as a recruiting coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple concurrent processes
• Skilled problem-solver who can identify blockers and find solutions quickly
• Comfort with ambiguity and genuine flexibility when priorities shift
• Willingness to work during US business hours

• Hands-on work with Ashby or comparable applicant tracking systems
• Background in fast-paced SaaS recruiting environments
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates and develop talent pipelines from scratch
• Track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and team stakeholders
