Handled Now in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own assigned job orders end-to-end—sourcing, screening, and placing CDL-A drivers for our carrier clients. This is an in-house, full-time role with a base salary plus uncapped commission, on-site or hybrid work options.
You will run high-volume outbound calls, manage candidates through the full cycle, and use our ATS (Double Nickel) to keep pipeline data current while collaborating with the recruiting team and account managers
