You will source prospective hires using Linked In Recruiter and other job boards, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and travel to designated offices and universities during peak recruiting seasons.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and living in the Indianapolis area, with excellent presentation and communication skills and a drive to learn,
