The Mendoza College of Business is looking for a Digital Services Manager to lead our website and digital platforms. This role blends creativity, strategy, and tech‑savvy problem solving to shape how prospective students, alumni, and partners experience Mendoza online.

Responsibilities
  • Implement agile techniques to continually improve engagement and performance on the Mendoza College of Business website.
  • Design, create, and modify the mendoza.nd.edu site and related subsites.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand strategy, and IT teams to keep the website user‑friendly, visually compelling, and fully optimized for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Regularly audit content and structure to improve site performance, navigation, and user experience in coordination with IT.
  • Serve as the primary web administrator, managing page updates, content additions, and system integrations requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Work with departmental administrators to develop website governance for content and branding updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand strategy teammates to ensure the website supports recruitment and program visibility goals.
  • Use Google Analytics, heat mapping, and other tracking tools to monitor site performance and implement data‑driven improvements.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to increase conversion rates, search engine rankings, and digital marketing campaigns that align with College goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT, external developers, and web vendors to ensure smooth execution of site enhancements.
  • Manage third‑party integrations and marketing tool integrations in coordination with IT.
  • Stay updated on emerging higher education digital marketing trends to maintain Mendoza’s competitive web presence.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and program managers to ensure web content aligns with Mendoza’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG), branding, and storytelling to engage prospective students and key stakeholders.
  • Support faculty and staff with web‑related requests, guiding content updates and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Digital Design, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing websites, preferably in a higher education or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with migration strategies and web technologies.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility (WCAG standards), and mobile‑first design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and third‑party integrations is a plus.
Additional Information

Salary: up to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
