  • Partner with business leaders, Product Owners, and Architects to define and evolve current- and future-state technology strategies.
  • Own and execute a business-aligned technology roadmap, driving transformation across lab and diagnostics platforms.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, compliant, and scalable.
  • Influence internal leaders and external vendors to deliver high-value solutions while reducing redundancy.
  • Represent the Clinical Lab Tech at Lilly team in cross-functional forums, identifying opportunities for harmonization and progression.
  • Provide technical oversight across agile delivery teams, ensuring quality, security, data integrity, and validation by design.
  • Balance stakeholder needs and priorities to guide teams toward the highest-value outcomes.
  • Partner across Tech at Lilly to manage risk, ensure platform support, and align solutions with the enterprise future state.
  • Coach and develop technical and domain talent while continuously evolving platforms through feedback and data-driven insights.

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence without formal authority across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience defining and executing short- and long-term technology roadmaps in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong background in modern software delivery practices, including agile, Dev Ops, and product-centric delivery models.
  • Experience with vendor and service management, including strategic partnerships and solution delivery.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies applied to clinical research and laboratory operations.
  • Experience with risk-based validation, quality, data integrity, security, resiliency, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CAP/CLIA).
  • A proven track record of leadership, accountability, and successfully delivering large-scale technical or organizational transformations.
