We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect with growing expertise in Agentforce
-driven Salesforce capabilities and Data Cloud to design, build, and deliver intelligent, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role blends hands-on development, data integration, and Agentforce enablement, while working closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders.
You will contribute to implementations that leverage Salesforce Agentforce (Einstein, Generative AI, Agentforce) and Data Cloud to unlock real-time insights, automation, and personalization across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
Key Responsibilities
Core Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL
- Build and enhance functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce products
- Implement Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies
- Support Dev Ops and CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent tools
- Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices
Solution Design & Consulting
- Translate business requirements into technical designs that leverage core Salesforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud capabilities
- Participate in client workshops and design sessions to explain AI- and data-driven solution options
- Support Solution Architects in documenting technical designs, assumptions, and dependencies
- Proactively identify performance, scalability, data quality, and security risks
- Participate in pre-sales activities
- Lead technical design sessions; collaborate and aligned with client business objectives; identify customer current and future state needs
AI Enablement
- Assist in implementing Generative AI and Copilot/Agentforce use cases, such as:
- AI-powered agent assistance and response generation
- Intelligent recommendations embedded in Salesforce workflows
- Help implement Agentforce governance best practices, including prompt design standards and guardrails
Salesforce Data Cloud & Data Integration
- Configure Data Cloud data ingestion from Salesforce and external systems (CRM, ERP, web, marketing platforms)
- Assist in designing data models, identity resolution rules, and unified customer profiles
- Build calculated insights and segmentation logic to support analytics, Agentforce, and activation use cases
- Support activation of Data Cloud insights into Salesforce workflows, Agentforce features, and downstream platforms
- Collaborate with integration teams on APIs, middleware, and data synchronization patterns
Practice Development & Enablement
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and internal best practices related to Agentforce and Data Cloud
- Support pre-sales efforts including technical demos, estimations, and POC implementations
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce roadmap updates, and Data Cloud enhancements
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the practice
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and events
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts (ingestion, identity resolution, activation)
- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools, Git-based version control, and deployment strategies
Functional & Platform Skills
- Experience implementing at least three Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Industry, or Marketing)
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as lead-to-cash, case management, or customer engagement
- Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and Agentforce ethics considerations
Certifications
Required or Strongly Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or other certifications
Highly Preferred
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (or working toward)
Nice to Have
- Cloud-specific certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience or certification
Soft Skills & Attributes

- Ability to explain technical, AI, and data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
- Comfortable working and mentoring junior staff and working with offshore
