Veeva Administrator (with AWS Integration Specialization)
Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid: 3 days onsite required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Administrator to manage and optimize our Veeva Vault and Safety environments. This role is critical for bridging the gap between our life sciences workflows and our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of Veeva platforms, with a specific focus on complex environment management, AWS integrations, and custom connector development.
Key Responsibilities- Veeva Configuration & Administration: Perform core configuration tasks, including creating and updating custom document types, objects, life cycles, and workflows.
- Environment Management: Lead the process of cloning environments for testing and development, ensuring data integrity and configuration parity across sandboxes and production.
- AWS Integration: Design and maintain secure connections between Veeva and AWS services (e.g., S3, App Flow, Redshift) to automate data flows and reporting.
- Custom Connectors: Develop and manage custom inbound/outbound connectors to facilitate seamless data exchange with third-party vendors and internal data lakes.
- Release Management: Coordinate Veeva product releases, assessing the impact of new features on existing configurations and AWS integrations.
- User Support & Security: Manage user permissions, security profiles, and role-based access controls while providing L2/L3 technical support.
- Veeva Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Veeva Vault or CRM administration.
- AWS Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with AWS infrastructure
, specifically managing S3 bucket permissions, IAM roles, and utilizing tools like Amazon App Flow for Veeva integrations. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in working with REST/SOAP APIs and data loading tools like Veeva Vault Loader. - Industry Knowledge: Experience working in a GxP‑regulated environment (Pharma/Biotech) with knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
