We are a small Managed Services Provider seeking a skilled SaaS Administrator & Power Platform Developer to manage, optimize, and extend our cloud-based applications and low-code solutions. This role bridges IT administration and business automation, ensuring our SaaS tools are secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs while delivering impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. While the power platform is a significant part of this role, it will also be responsible for ensuring our SaaS based security solutions are optimized to protect our clients.
The role will include direct interaction with clients at a high level, so strong customer service and project coordination skills are also a must.
- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Entra , Kaseya Security Suite, and other third-party platforms)
- Manage user access, licensing, roles, and permissions across SaaS environments
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, resolving issues proactively
- Implement and maintain governance, compliance, and security best practices
- Coordinate SaaS integrations, updates, and vendor support as needed
- Create and maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps
, Power Automate
, Power BI
, and Dataverse - Build automated workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
- Develop custom apps and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SaaS systems, APIs, and data sources
- Apply solution lifecycle management (ALM), version control, and deployment best practices
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end users
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation, data quality, and system reliability
- Experience administering SaaS platforms in multi-tenant environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of identity, access management, and security concepts
- Experience in integrating cloud applications and working with APIs
- Ability to document solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft Entra
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and data protection standards
- Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or similar)
- SaaS platforms are stable, secure, and well-governed
- Business processes are measurably improved through automation
