Associate, Foundry Data & Analytics (IT Metrics)

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45-51/hr DOQ
Type: 10 month contract

The Associate, Foundry Data & Analytics is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions that enable visibility into IT performance and operational metrics. This role focuses on building dashboards, optimizing workflows, and driving data-driven decision-making across technology teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Automate, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track IT performance, operational KPIs, and business metrics
• Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to streamline data collection, reporting, and processes
• Develop scalable data models and advanced DAX calculations to support dynamic reporting and analytics
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define key metrics, reporting requirements, and data strategies
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms
• Create automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency
• Own and enhance existing data workflows, SharePoint lists, and reporting systems
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and automation issues; implement continuous improvements
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and performance analysis
• Document processes, data models, and reporting frameworks for ongoing scalability

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting-focused roles
• Advanced experience with Power BI

• Strong proficiency in DAX for building complex measures and calculations
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation
• Experience working with structured data sources, data transformation, and reporting pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with SharePoint data structures and list management
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, or other data querying languages
• Experience with enterprise reporting environments or large‑scale datasets
• Exposure to AI/ML tools or advanced analytics techniques
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, pharma, manufacturing)
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or similar
