• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain functional documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases, workflows, etc.).
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the data model and business processes.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support technical teams during development and validate the alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.
• Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools.
• Mentor, guide, or coach junior BAs when required.

• Proven experience (5-7 years minimum) as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex environments (data, IT, digital transformation, finance, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts (data, information systems, APIs, integrations).
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and effectively prioritize.
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
• You bring a can-do attitude, tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo with new and innovative ideas.
