Digital Product Manager Lead

Overview

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN, Norfolk, VA, Chicago, IL or New York, NY. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Digital Product Manager Lead is responsible for providing day to day leadership of digital product management associates and initiatives.

• Assesses digital impacts of initiatives, prioritizes work team activities and addresses execution obstacles.
• Oversees product delivery.
• Communicates status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to management and other team members including IT and business stakeholders.
• Organizes and facilitates standard agile operating processes including research planning, capability needs, product roadmaps, release communication, and budget management.
• Ensures initiatives meet stated business goals and solutions are delivered with quality.
• Ensures the organization meets its performance goals and that there is alignment across the execution teams, escalating and resolving issues impacting delivery.

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

• Experience with Sprint planning and delivery/execution highly preferred.
• Experience using data mining tools and techniques and leveraging communications/collaboration tools highly preferred.
• Scaled Agile experience highly preferred.
• Exposure to correspondence highly preferred.
• Healthcare industry digital product experience highly preferred.
• Experience driving provider engagement initiatives highly preferred.
• Experience working with internal and external clients preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $134,112 to $219,456. Locations:
Chicago, IL, New York, NY.
