• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
• Conduct data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with users at all levels

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and Apex
• Experience with the Quote‑to‑Cash process within a sales organization, especially with Salesforce's CPQ solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
