Business Analyst

You will work as part of a team, including a Business Analyst, a Tech Lead, a Product Manager, a Project Manager, and a Delivery Manager. Your role directly contributes to the quality of deliverables, knowledge sharing, and the overall efficiency of the teams, through collaboration with a wide range of technical and functional stakeholders.

• Analyze and formalize business requirements, and define scope and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and ensure traceability throughout the project.
• Document business processes, business functions, and related data.
• Leverage existing solutions and contribute to the improvement of functional analysis practices.
• Define the functional architecture of simple or non‑critical solutions and work independently.

Technical skills:

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Java, with solid knowledge of Linux, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Git
• Strong technical writing skills
• Knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions (OpenID Connect) is a plus

Languages:

• French: fluent
• English: fluent
