Job Summary: We are seeking an M365 / SharePoint Administrator to manage and support our SharePoint environment. This role is responsible for administering user access, creating and maintaining sites, handling change requests, and troubleshooting issues. The administrator will work closely with superusers and stakeholders to ensure optimal site performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer SharePoint Online within M365 environment
- Manage user IDs, permissions, and access requests
- Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites
- Process change requests and implement updates
- Collaborate with superusers to support business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
- Ensure proper site governance and ongoing maintenance
