- Serve as the primary technical owner of the VMware Horizon View virtual desktop environment, ensuring stability and performance
- Manage and optimize FSLogix profiles and App Volumes for efficient application delivery
- Support and enhance the virtual infrastructure in collaboration with global teams
- Develop and maintain software deployment packages, automation initiatives, and process improvements
- Analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities to ensure compliance with security and operational policies
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent technical training or experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration with a focus on VMware Horizon View and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
- Hands‑on expertise with FSLogix and App Volumes in a large‑scale production environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and TCP/IP networking protocols
- Excellent teamwork, adaptability, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Azure and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune
- Knowledge of Windows 11, SQL Reporting, and Power Shell scripting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power Point
