ERP Administrator - Hybrid (Northside Indianapolis)
Vaco Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator for a full‑time direct hire opportunity located on the north side of Indianapolis. The hybrid work schedule requires onsite work at least three days per week.
The ERP Administrator will support and maintain the company’s ERP system, provide day‑to‑day user support, manage ERP tickets, assist with reporting and data analysis, and help ensure system security and performance. This role serves as the primary contact for ERP‑related issues, troubleshooting, and system improvements while collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ERP system support and troubleshoot user issues
- Manage support tickets, escalations, and system documentation
- Develop reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
- Maintain ERP security, roles, and user access
- Support ERP upgrades, patches, and EDI integrations
- Assist with budget imports and process improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on system enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of ERP administration/support experience
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards
- Familiarity with T‑SQL querying/scripting
- Experience with EDI interfaces preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and local market rates. Candidates may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
