Monday through Friday, with on‑call and after‑hours rotation as required.

- Install, configure, and maintain servers and network systems.
- Oversee and optimize organizational network operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal employees.
- Configure and maintain Windows Failover Clustering (2019‑2022).
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra, O365, and Exchange Online.
- Implement and manage backup technologies (e.g., Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik).
- Leverage Power Shell scripting for automation and system optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership and end users to identify and address technical needs.
- Minimum of 2‑3 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Proficiency in managing firewalls and wireless access points, with some familiarity with switch configurations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
