Information Architect Senior
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Responsibilities- Creates information architecture and data visualization standards and contributes to information management systems architecture vision.
- Designs and enables scalable data visualization frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions to translate complex security data into actionable insights for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Analyzes architecture efficiency and visualization effectiveness metrics and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Validates the detailed information architecture and data presentation requirements for applications and technologies.
- Develops linkage from conceptual architecture to logical architecture, including downstream visualization and reporting layers.
- Leads the evolution of transitioning to a new information architecture and supports the modernization of enterprise security data and visualization capabilities, including understanding AI-driven analytics, integrations, and aligning enhancements with organizational roadmaps.
- Creates improvements to data acquisition, accessibility, and visualization through analysis and design.
- Provides enterprise-level oversight of security data governance, ensuring all related technology and operations teams consistently apply Global Security & Safety data, reporting, and visualization standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Oversees the development, maintenance, and enforcement of Global Security & Safety policies, standards, and governance structures.
- Manages department audit readiness, including the generation of audit evidence, dashboards, and visual reports required by Investigations, HR, Compliance, or other business functions, ensuring consistent, accurate, and easily interpretable outputs.
Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture/design in relevant technology disciplines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences- Experience in information and middleware technologies and with ETL and BI tools, integration standards and protocols (e.g., SOAP, UDDI), and XML schema, SOA integration and testing methodologies strongly preferred.
- Experience with enterprise data environments, security analytics programs, data visualization best practices, and governance frameworks is beneficial.
- Experience in health care industry strongly preferred.
