What you will be doing- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Configure and manage data governance tools (e.g., data catalog, lineage, data quality platforms).
- Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT teams to ensure alignment with governance standards.
- Define and monitor data quality rules, metrics, and remediation workflows.
- Support metadata management, data lineage tracking, and business glossary development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate data stewardship programs and governance councils.

Basic Requirements- Associate’s degree in STEM or business with 7+ years of experience with data governance
- or Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business with 5+ years of data governance
- or Master’s degree in STEM or business with 3+ years of data governance
- or PhD in STEM or business
- In lieu of experience, 9+ years of experience in relevant area
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Experience in designing and implementing data governance/data management solutions.
- Demonstrated project management experience in a data governance environment.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to shape and translate business needs into comprehensive solutions.
- Experience with policy development in a data governance environment.
- Experience with data lifecycle management.
- DAMA CDMP Certification.
- DGSP Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
