At Wound Vision, we’re redefining how healthcare providers assess and manage wounds through innovative technology. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a hands‑on Cloud Administrator to support and maintain our cloud infrastructure environment, primarily within Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, supporting system reliability, and collaborating across technical teams to keep environments stable, secure, and running efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where priorities may shift and collaboration is important.
What You’ll Own & Drive- Administer, configure, and support cloud infrastructure environments, primarily within Microsoft Azure
- Deploy and maintain cloud resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and related infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Support user access management, identity administration, and permissions management through tools such as Active Directory and Entra
- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing
- Apply security best practices, including NSGs, firewalls, RBAC, and compliance policies
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, systems, and connectivity-related issues
- Automate routine tasks using Power Shell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, or terraform
- Support cloud cost tracking, usage monitoring, and overall environment organization
- Collaborate with Dev Ops, security, and application teams to support cloud solutions
- Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, systems administration, or technical operations environments
- Experience with user access management, permissions, or identity administration
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as Power Shell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, or Terraform
- Experience working in environments with security or compliance-related requirements
