Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in multiple automation testing tools and frameworks including Win Runner, QTP/UFT, Silk Test, Selenium, Playwright, Test Complete, and Automation Framework Development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing scalable automation solutions, improving testing efficiency, and supporting enterprise-level applications across complex environments.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation
- Expertise in Selenium Web Driver and automation framework development
- Experience with Test Complete, Win Runner, QTP/UFT, and Silk Test
- Strong knowledge of Automation Frameworks including Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Keyword-Driven Frameworks
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, UI, and End-to-End Testing
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or Quality Center
- Strong scripting/programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Test Complete
- Develop automated test scripts for web, desktop, and enterprise applications
- Execute smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies
- Maintain and enhance existing automation suites for better coverage and stability
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate defect resolution activities
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings
- Mentor junior automation engineers and establish QA best practices
- Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines
- Experience with API Automation and tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
