PART-TIME Desktop Support

• 3+ years' experience in a end-user/desktop support position
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with Mac OS is highly desirable
• Previous use of SCCM and/or Intune for software deployment
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting A/V and conference room equipment
• Familiarity with corporate IT environments and ticketing systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide calm, confident support to executive‑level stakeholders
• Resourceful, self‑motivated, and willing to dive into unfamiliar technologies
• Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset

We are seeking a part‑time Desktop Support Technician to support a Return to Office initiative. This individual will work onsite Tuesday through Thursday (8am‑5pm) and focus on walk‑up end‑user support, conference room break/fix issues, and deskside troubleshooting. Additionally, this role will assist with physical workstation setups, user moves, and pre‑deployment of equipment. This is a hands‑on, highly visible support role requiring strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
