Enterprise Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze application errors and operational issues
• Investigate logs and system diagnostics to identify root causes
• Reproduce issues in test or lab environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate bug fixes
• Support OEM issue investigation and compatibility problems
• Provide detailed technical reports and troubleshooting documentation
• Assist in system integration debugging across components
• Monitor system behavior and proactively identify potential issues
• Maintain knowledge base and troubleshooting guides

• Strong expertise in log analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with application debugging and system integration issues
• Knowledge of Windows‑based application environments
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and technical problem solving
• Experience supporting enterprise software environments
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT
• TIL Foundation (service management)
• Strong coursework/knowledge in OS internals, networking, scripting, and software debugging

• Experience with hardware‑software integration troubleshooting
• Familiarity with automation test results analysis
• Basic scripting skills for log parsing or diagnostics
• Experience with automation test results analysis
