Project Manager; USC)(GC)(TN -Indianapolis,IN-Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end migration of our on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead end-to-end migration of an on-premise to cloud data warehouse migrations.
• Support Sr. project team staff to drive projects to success.
• Organize highly complex and technical information.

• Experience in IT Project Management and IT digital transformation.
• Experience in complex IT projects or portfolio coordination involving multiple stakeholders across multiple business areas and geographies.
• Experience with Cloud migration, Google, data warehouse, migration experience.
• Experience managing projects within Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience in organizing highly complex and technical information.
• Experience with multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of the SDLC to program/business/stakeholders who may have little to no exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• PMP Certified.
• Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects.
• Knowledge of multiple methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Strong knowledge in leading modernizing Oracle, PL/SQL, data warehouses using Big Query, Dataflow, and Data Stream.
• Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles.
