Role Overview:

You’ll help in:

  • Sharing input and implementing our enterprise governance framework.
  • Sharing input and implementing data quality monitoring.
  • Enabling understanding of metadata and working with business areas on data dictionaries.
  • Train and inspire data stewards across the company.
  • Keep us ahead of evolving privacy regulations.

Salary Statement:

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $79,118.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Manage projects with moderate complexity and scope that may involve multiple internal or external stakeholders or contracted resources.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures and budgets.
  • Define user and project team member’s roles and responsibilities on each project. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Manage and problem‑solve for project risks, issues and changes while ensuring proper escalation when needed.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure the project is completed within any time constraints.
  • Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct post‑project evaluations and prepare lessons learned to improve future projects.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.

What You'll Need for Success:

Individuals in this role should minimally be able to articulate or demonstrate the following:

  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and estimation of resources.
  • Considerable knowledge and application of project management theories and practices.
  • Considerable knowledge of the information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation.
  • Considerable problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead project team by encouraging and influencing others to perform, as well as collaborate across departments.
  • Effective communication skills. Comfortable making presentations to stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft products:
    Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
