Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Responsible for MAS development / Support
- Responsible for MAS applications and troubleshooting issues
- Responsible for Design and documentation
- Work with different teams on interfaces
- Assist or drive status meetings to communicate and address project risks or issues
- Works collaboratively with project teams to keep them informed of project status, including any barriers
- Manage 24
* 7 platform support and Application issues and development activities - Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS core and suite modules (Manage, Health, Monitor, Predict, and Mobile) on container platforms like Red Hat Open Shift
- Monitor system health, performance, and reliability, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and troubleshooting installation or database issues
- Application development and work with business on the requirement
- Knowledge of Service management and implement the same in service delivery
- Regular communication with clients/customers on Service tickets and deliveries
Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 a year
