Role OverviewWe are seeking a candidate who is well‑versed in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Intune‑managed environments. This role operates across desktop support, endpoint management, security compliance, and network‑related challenges. The position requires fluidly moving across technical domains, owning problems end‑to‑end while balancing user experience, security requirements, and operational efficiency in a secure, enterprise‑scale environment with federally regulated compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune‑related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment.
- Provide hands‑on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user‑facing issues.
- Diagnose and address network connectivity issues, such as access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, and IP/Port/URL filtering.
- Navigate and resolve security and compliance‑related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness.
- Operate effectively across multiple functions, including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management, without reliance on rigid team boundaries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a relevant field is required.
- Must have 3+ years of practical experience in the field.
- Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment.
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment, including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations.
- Hands‑on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:
Port or URL based filters. - Understanding and practical exposure to regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment (e.g., CIS benchmarks, STIG).
- Ability to self‑manage work tasks using M365 based tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve issues and improve day‑to‑day operations with self‑driven initiatives.
Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Public Trust clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
Compensation & BenefitsPay Rate Range: $35.00/hour - $40.00/hour.
