Location: Indianapolis
DAS Services is seeking a customer‑focused Operations Manager with experience overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and development of Information Technology program activities. In this role, you will manage and provide MACC‑TTE customer support and serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of day‑to‑day program activities and staff, including operation, maintenance, and development of MACC‑TTE.
- Manage and provide MACC‑TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements for support.
- Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan, coordinated with external agencies.
- Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects.
- Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
- Perform backup duties for the Program Manager, if required.
- Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Management, or a related discipline — OR — Have 7+ years’ experience in Program Management or Senior‑level DoW experience.
- Have 7+ years’ experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments.
- Have 2+ years’ experience in conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
- Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs.
- Experience in OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
- Experience supporting physical infrastructures, telecommunications and radio frequency networks, and the electromagnetic spectrum.
- Experience working in a Cyber Range, simulating real‑world environments across physical, logical, and cyber‑persona layers, which can be used for research, development, testing, training, and evaluation.
