Groupe Touchette Inc. recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) support technique TI pour fournir un soutien au système ERP de l’entreprise. Le candidat idéal possède des compétences analytiques solides et doit gérer les incidents de niveau I.
Le poste nécessite une expérience en soutien technique, ainsi qu'une excellente capacité d'organisation et une forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle. Un bilinguisme avancé en anglais est essentiel pour la communication avec les utilisateurs et partenaires majoritairement anglophones.
