MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer‑oriented Senior Engineering Technician to join our team in Crane, Indiana
. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting various electrical or mechanical tests or experiments that may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures, selecting, preparing, and operating standard test equipment, and recording test data.
• Extracting and compiling a variety of engineering data from field notes, manuals, lab reports, and processed data, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and selecting methods of data presentation.
• Assisting in design modification by compiling data related to design, specifications, and materials for undersea sensor equipment or component parts; developing information concerning previous operational failures and modifications, and using judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seek sources to clarify information.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience with diagnostic tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting NAVAIR workload.
• Experience supporting WXS.
• Experience providing technical oversight and leadership to a team.
• Subject matter expertise in EW systems.
• Experience providing expertise in research and development of new or improved systems or equipment.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
