We are seeking an experienced B2C Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end system rollouts for new clients. In this role, you’ll coordinate with internal teams, clients, and software vendors to ensure smooth and successful deployments. This includes gathering requirements, configuring systems, leading training sessions, and providing ongoing support. Ideal candidates will have experience implementing at least three major WMS platforms (e.g., Silver Bullet, Oracle, Exceed, Blue Yonder).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle WMS implementations, including setup, integration, and go-live support
• Gather requirements and design custom configurations based on client operations
• Train end users and provide clear documentation for adoption
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for WMS issues
• Configure workflows, system rules, and partner with developers for customization
• Monitor system health and provide proactive support and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on B2C WMS implementation and support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate technical details for non-technical users
• Willingness to travel for client onsite support as required
