As a Associate Compliance Analyst, you will support and help shape Lids compliance programs, execute Security in D365 and help determine business and security risks. This role is designed for someone early in their security/compliance career who can follow established procedures, learn quickly, and help execute and maintain Lids’ security and compliance programs.

• Executes D365 Access Requests and Security Roles, optimized for least privilege, SoD, and Licensing Requirements
• Assists with executing ITCG SOX Program and PCI Level 1 Merchant Program
• Assists with communication, training, and collaboration with control owners to support execution of SOX ITGC and PCI controls
• Assists with Security Incident Response as needed
• Ad‑Hoc Security & Compliance tasks to support various IT projects

• 0–3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, audit, or related technical/analytical role.
• Ability to learn D365 concepts and security principles quickly.
• High attention to detail especially around numbers, access, and audit checks.
• Ability to communicate to various stakeholders (Finance, IT, Ops, and HR, Auditors).
• Open to asking questions to build a clearer understanding of your role, our IT environment, and compliance needs

• Large retail or e‑commerce experience in a high‑volume environment
• Familiarity with D365 Security & Licensing
• PCI DSS tooling or compliance experience
