Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

• Troubleshoot and resolve Intune‑related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment
• Provide hands‑on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user‑facing issues
• Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g., access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering)
• Navigate and resolve security and compliance‑related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness
• Operate effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field and 3+ years practical experience
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance
• Ability to self‑manage work tasks using M365 based tools
• Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day‑to‑day operations with self‑driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindset
• Hands‑on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:
  
  Port or URL based filters
• Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment
• Understanding and practical exposure with regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks, STIG, etc)
• Located near Indianapolis, IN and willingness to be on‑site in support of the mission
