Job Description
A healthcare client of ours is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to join their growing team! This is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure—including networking, telecom, software imaging, and hardware systems. The technician will work independently across various office locations and will test and maintain a range of computerized information systems while supporting end users.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and a 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

- 3–5 years of IT experience (open to entry-level candidates with strong potential)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN, and telecom systems
- Hands‑on experience with imaging, equipment setup, racking and stacking, and multifunction devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field‑based tasks
- Comfortable working independently and traveling to various sites
- Vendor management and coordination experience
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and provisioning tasks is a plus
