• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• The ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

• Experience in multiple ORMB implementations in production support upgrade enhancement.
• End‑to‑end installation of ORMB including prerequisites (DB, WLS, Hibernate, JAVA, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities.

• Knowledge of fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience of production support with shift lead role.
• Experience in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Understanding of SLAs and ticketing tool.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education).
• May require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
