Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation is seeking a motivated Technology Associate to support students and staff by ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology operations in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily technical support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain and deploy computers and related equipment
- Assist with network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Install and update software applications
- Support classroom and instructional technology
- Maintain documentation and inventory
- Follow technology security best practices
- Associate’s degree in IT or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–3 years technical support experience or equivalent
- Windows OS and basic networking knowledge
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment
