We're seeking a Senior Associate, Desktop Support to support a tech-driven organization. This is a 6-month contract with a strong chance to extend, based-on-site in our client's office location in Newark, DE. The position involves providing technical assistance and maintaining desktop computing environments.

• Offer technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, set up, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Respond efficiently to support requests, ensuring timely incident resolutions.
• Perform software deployments, updates, and security patches on desktops.
• Keep detailed records of support activities using ticketing systems.

• Solid understanding of desktop operating systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with remote support and ticketing software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.
